In my experience, RPers and Writers alike enjoy one thing: Making characters suffer. This little guide is supposed to help you with keeping injuries and the First Aid - in case you want to patch your character back together - realistic. 
I am no medical professional, but I dare say I picked up a thing or two during my First Aid school-medic training ;)

We just reported that Robert Downey Jr is in talks with Marvel to return for The Avengers 2 and The Avengers 3. But the actor isn’t even discussing Iron Ma

And this, THIS is why this man is one of my favorite actors.  Not only is he an amazing actor but he’s also willing to fight for the rights of his coworkers.    And I’m sorry but if they replace ANYONE in phase 2 there’s a damn good chance I’m not going to watch any of phase 2.

[It upsets me that Marvel won’t pay them a little more. I understand money doesn’t grow on trees but come on…The Avengers, Thor, the Iron Man movies, and Captain America brought in some big bucks. I’m glad Downey may be using his status to try and get everyone a better salary…I think that’s big of him. Not many actors (as far as I’ve been led to believe) would do what he’s rumored to be doing.]
